Realme just unveiled the Buds Q TWS earbuds yesterday. In Malaysia, the Chinese company has now released yet another intriguing product. The Realme Watch 2 smartwatch, which is similar to the Apple Watch, has just been released.
The Watch 2 is the follow-up to the brand's first smartwatch, the Realme Watch, which was released last year. Realme previously released the Watch S series, which included two versions, but this is the first to feature a square style, similar to the first-generation Realme Watch.
The Realme Watch 2 is equipped with a 1.4-inch touchscreen IPS LCD display with a resolution of 320x320 pixels. The light can also be brightened up to 600 nits. It comes with over a hundred cool watch faces, including new live watch faces, for users to choose from. Capacitive functions are regulated by a single button on the right side of the watch. The whole watch weighs 38 grammes and is water and dust resistant to IP68 standards.
In terms of features, the watch supports over 90 different sports modes, which is a massive improvement over the previous model's 14 options. Outdoor walking, basketball, yoga, indoor walking, outdoor running, indoor running, dynamic cycling, hiking, cricket, rowing, strength training, and an elliptical machine are only a few of the sports modes available aboard. Sleep and stress monitoring, as well as heart rate and SpO2 sensors, are all included aboard. The watch also has Smart AIoT access, which enables users to control a variety of Realme smart devices and appliances directly from their wrist.
The battery has also been increased from 160mAh on the first-generation Realme Watch to 315mAh. Depending on your use style, you can get up to 12 days of use from a single charge. Bluetooth 5.0 is also supported by the watch.
The Realme Watch 2 is priced at MYR 229 ($55), which is a reasonable price. There is currently no information about availability.
